Dollhouse Bonus Room is made of linden plywood, just like the Maileg Dollhouse.
Size Guide:
Like the Maileg Dollhouse the Bonus Room will fit all mini or micro furniture and perfectly fits size 1 and 2 new bunnies and rabbits, as well as Mini Bunnies, Parent Mice, Big Brother Mice and Big Sister Mice (or smaller).
Sizing Note:
Just remember, Size 1 and 2 Bunnies (or mini bunnies) and Parent Mice will best fit mini sized furniture.
Micro-sized Big Brother and Big Sister Mice will best fit Micro furniture.
Bonus Room Dimensions:
Measures 11.5 inches in length x 11.75 inches wide x 12.5 inches tall to second level floor, but 15 inches tall if you include the second level railing.

In the event that you need a return or exchange, Please follow the instructions below. By placing an order, you agree to our shipping terms and conditions.
We are able to accept returns for store credit or exchanges on full priced merchandise purchased online at www.oaksapparel.com within 14 days of receiving the item(s). If you are returning an item that was purchased with free shipping, a deduction of the exact amount for shipping will be issued at refund.
1. Items must be returned in their original condition (inside plastic bag and tags attached) to the address below. If items are NOT in their original condition, you will be charged a $10 restocking fee. - The Oaks Apparel reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
2. Please include a copy of your receipt and a note that includes the order number your name and contact information. Please indicate if you would like a Store Credit or exchange (please note the size you would like).
3. When shipping merchandise we highly recommend using a courier that provides a tracking number such as UPS, USPS and FedEx. The Oaks will not be responsible for packages lost in transit. We will be responsible for items once received at our facility.
4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. (e.g., wrong item shipped)
