In the event that you need a return or exchange, Please follow the instructions below. By placing an order, you agree to our shipping terms and conditions.

We are able to accept returns for store credit or exchanges on full priced merchandise purchased online at www.oaksapparel.com within 14 days of receiving the item(s).  If you are returning an item that was purchased with free shipping, a deduction of the exact amount for shipping will be issued at refund.

1. Items must be returned in their original condition (inside plastic bag and tags attached) to the address below.  If items are NOT in their original condition, you will be charged a $10 restocking fee. - The Oaks Apparel reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.

2. Please include a copy of your receipt and a note that includes the order number your name and contact information.  Please indicate if you would like a Store Credit or exchange (please note the size you would like).

3. When shipping merchandise we highly recommend using a courier that provides a tracking number such as UPS, USPS and FedEx.  The Oaks will not be responsible for packages lost in transit.  We will be responsible for items once received at our facility.

4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. (e.g., wrong item shipped)
